ok people, had a break and a rethink........... the forground boats are too big and out of perspective.............
here is a retake...at the next stage the first attempt would be at  :)

I need to darken the main harbor water a little...the row boat 'still' looks big.......:)

Hi all......the final picture of Padstow Harbor, with a few people milling around and a mini market in the back ground and a small cafe at water front I think this is finished now :)
